Cleaning Foil and Plastic FrontsFoil and plastic fronts can be cared for, with the regular water-soluble cleaning materials normally used around the house. Please do not use any scouring cream.Depending on how dirty the item has become, you should apply the cleaning material to the front, diluted with a little water. Afterwards, rinse away with pure water any cleaning material that may remain, and wipe the door dry. Please do not use any cellulose thinners or synthetic resin thinners when cleaning these fronts, as nitro-based materials are not suitable for the cleaning of foil and plastic fronts. |
Cleaning of Lacquered FrontsUse a moist leather cloth for cleaning lacquered fronts. In the case of stubborn dirt, this may then be removed with a regular household cleaning material.

Cleaning of Wooden FrontsWhen cleaning wooden fronts, please take care that you always wipe in the direction of the grain of the wood (using a lightly-moistened brush if at all possible), thus enabling the dirt to be wiped away out of the pores of the wood. Following this, the front should be dried off carefully with a soft cloth. In the case of stubborn dirt, it is possible to use a little white spirit or glass cleaner.Furniture polish or wax, or cellulose thinners or synthetic resin thinners (or any form of nitro-based cleaning material) are not suitable for the care of wooden fronts. Polish might contain unsuitable solvents or colouring additives. For this reason, please take care to observe the instructions of the manufacturer. Steam cleaners are absolutely unsuitable for the cleaning of kitchen fronts and their surrounding attachments/accessories. |
Cleaning of Soft-Matt SurfacesMarks made by highly-coloured substances and liquids should be washed away as soon as possible using water, and adding a regular household cleaning material if necessary. Please do not allow such marks to dry, and please be sure not to use any aggressive or abrasive cleaning materials. Any remainders of such marks, or any difficult cases such as remnants of fat or similar, may be brushed away using a warm, 30% solution of soap in water, applied with a nail-brush. Should it prove necessary, this process should be repeated several times. In the case of particularly stubborn markings, it is also possible to use a little white spirit or glass cleaner. When using regular household cleaning materials, it is essential to take care not to apply any coloured cleaning materials in a concentrated or undiluted form, because coloured cleaning materials are also capable of leaving residues behind. Liquids that have permeated these surfaces, or dried onto them, can only be removed to a limited extent. Please bear in mind that this lacquered surface is not proof against thinners, nail polish removers or undiluted chemical spirits |

Please do not use any aggressive or abrasive cleaning materials. |
Maintenance of Plastic SinksThese fitted sinks are made from a very high-grade, hard-wearing form of plastic. They are not affected by heat (up to 180 degrees Celsius), and they stand up well to the regular stresses placed on them by simple everyday use. In caring for the surface, regular household washing-up and cleaning Materials may be used, with the exception of any abrasive cleaning Materials. Stubborn dirt may be removed using dishwasher powder. Limescale deposits left by hard water may be removed either with vinegar or with limescale removers. Information about the Materials1. The Characteristics of Wooden FrontsBecause wood is a living material, it should not be exposed to extremely damp or dry air. If the air is too dry, for example, this should be countered by humidifiers on your radiators. Wood is a natural material, and is therefore prone to minor variations in coloration and structure. Equally, variations in the degree of light and sunshine to which an article is exposed can, over the years, lead to changes in the materials coloration. Please note that natural variations in the coloration or grain of genuine wood are not covered by our guarantees. Fronts made of genuine wood are natural products and are liable to undergo changes in coloration determined by the type of wood used.
